Ozaveshe

I met Chinonso Ozaveshe Onyeabo at NYSC camp. He was a wonderful distraction.

I watched him flirt with a lot of girls and was tickled by their reactions. I'm a boy's girl, and can tell when a man is switching on his charm..Ozaveshe's charm switch was spoilt, so it was permanently on.

I lost Nonso in October 2010. It was a painful loss. I haven't written a word about the loss because I couldn't put word to paper.
He was a wonderful person..always lit up a room.

I feel for his family..I can't imagine how it is to lose a sibling or child.

Just so it is known, I love my darling Ozaveshe..when I lost him to cancer, I wished I had a bit of him. I just realised I do..in my heart..as my friend..forever and ever.

Blogging: Its after-effects.

So, I read my old posts today. Some made me smile, others made me cry because I had forgotten the memories.

I love blogging. It is, to me, like keeping a diary that my children and many more of my predecessors can have access to.

I've blogged about love..breakups..happiness..sadness..yearnings..disappointments..pain..pleasure...

I wonder what I could give up writing for totally..and I have my answer...absolutely nothing. It gives me joy..

Thin lines

I just feel the need to share this:

Every day we come across different people and different experiences..some karmaic(for us who believe in Karma) and others not karmaic but as a result of decisions made and actions taken.

Today,I looked at my palms and noticed the finer lines...and a gash made on my left hand by a knife and I realised that there are lines in almost every action.

For instance, have you ever been so polite that you come across as rude?
Or so upset that you push yourself to the insane side of the divide?
Or ask for something so much that it becomes begging?
Or apologize for something that you begin to wonder if you are a stalker of sorts?

I have definitely crossed many lines...but then, who has not?
